We wanted our old DVD home theater system upgrades have been for something with great sound. The Sony BDV-E780 certainly has – we have noticed an immediate improvement in the quality of the audio signal from our old Samsung system when you insert the first CD system. We were overwhelmed by the experience gained, as we saw our first Blu Ray. The quality of picture and sound have been filmed. Truly a great purchase.

Appearance-wise, the system seems fine. The main unit is a glossy black with touches of sensory end. The display on the screen in small and very pretty. Most of the detailed options are displayed on the TV screen.

Initial implementation was quite easy with color coded cables and a walk when the system is. There is also an auto-calibration microphone to calibrate the speakers to your needs depending on where you sit normally help to watch movies. The manual is quite long, but I moved to introduce, by customizing the system to your preferences may be a little ‘more complicated.

Wireless surround sound is a great addition. You should know that is not really “wireless” as the child she is carrying the rear speakers to an amplifier. The amplifier can sit behind the couch and connects wirelessly to the main unit. In other words, Sony BDV-E780W is just the wireless that does not need to run the son of the front to the back of the room.

Sony BDV-E780W is a great buy and I’m sure we will enjoy for many years. Read more reviews

Sony htct500 This review helps to understand what they can offer the Sony Home Theater System HT-CT500 and what not. Soundbar sound better than a lot of space on television and cable clutter. If you have a small apartment or a better sound quality in your room or office, sound bar is a great alternative to the traditional big sound system.

Flat-screen TVs to enjoy bar. Small speakers built into this type of TV are of poor quality. It sounds much better than the system, such as the HT-CT500. Stylish new models of LCD and plasma TVs, full of elegance with Sony. Although the entire system provides surround sound realism of these small units are very similar. For the bedroom, office or small room, Sony Sound Bar is much cheaper. In fact, they are not at the expense of sound quality.

Some Bars are very good stereo sound, which is a significant improvement in stereo speakers on the screen. You do not need amplifiers, these models include an amplifier. It is easier for the assembly desirable.

Some bars use of technology called Virtual Surround Sound. Conventional systems used for the four surround speakers and subwoofer to be placed carefully in the region. This configuration is not practical for many people. Alternatively, the bar offers a Virtual Surround Sound. Virtual surround is not the accuracy, the installation of multiple speakers in a standard, but very close to the level of perfection.

There is no bar noise can with a full surround system is designed to be combined. These models combine a clear sound bar in the detail and precision of the traditional system. They are often referred to as the “LCR” as the left, center and right channel audio control. These systems still have three fifty-eight surround speakers and a subwoofer. Home theater receiver must be kept separate.

Most models do not need a separate receiver for home theater because they are for profit, built. Everything you need to do is connect the audio equipment and you’re ready to go. Other Virtual Surround Sound Bar and LCR are not included in the review. Most of the virtual surround sound, and the brain will use a separate home theater receiver. These passive components are particularly useful if you have a home theater receiver. A separate receiver to clean energy and advanced audio processing features provide outstanding sound quality.

Excellent sound bar operating pressure for small and medium enterprises. Shape of the room is broken. If a square room, you should use a technique called “Ray”, where the sound is reflected from the walls. You can open to find out in time and scope, only minor changes to the sound effects in different directions.

Sony htct500 hope this review helps you with the best sound system in a given situation. Sony HT-CT500 has an excellent reputation among the users of IT. Can be purchased at very reasonable prices. Enhance your audio-video, music and games. Read more reviews.

The system is very easy to install, which was done in about 30 minutes with discreet cabling work … The wires can also color was not a tech person out there, and everything is encoded clearly labeled. Connected my PS3 and Samsung HDTV LN46a750 and all without problems again everything I have on my living room calibration microphone at ear system calibrated and synchronized 20 seconds … He says the test is calibrated according to his faith in me, not stronger than what you hear on TV is usually in an afternoon. Not later than 10 minutes later I was like this Bad Company 2 in full surround sound and loving every minute. Then I put on Batman Dark Knight and can be extracted from the hamlet of Cape Batman guns banging in the wind from the rear speaker sounds like when it hears with its impressive flight … A nice feature is the device through the receiver is connected lets you play your TV speakers, even if the receiver off, which I’m fine, if you do not need surround sound found … One thing that is negative about this device is that there is a GUI menu, and in non-tech-talk that all the settings you want to change you have the means by reading the receiver’s display, but do its quite simple, if you read the manual very quickly … I would say that if you can get this under $ 300 is a good deal. The system allows you to calibrate each speaker output to elegant XMB operating system. Feature S-AIR Wireless is easy to customize. I have a large living room, but the system is as strong as I ever need only half the maximum volume! I have not really tested the DVD player, so I can not comment on the quality of the video upconverting yet.

PROS:

- Plenty of volume and bass, while maintaining the high mids and a good balance.
- Greater clarity of the overall sound, and surround speakers add plenty of volume behind you.
- Loved the auto calibrate using the microphone included — takes the guess work out of tweaking levels of each speaker.
- General aspect of the system: the receiver / DVD player is small enough for a receiver (although a bit ‘in depth, to measure the mobile TV where there is mass), and none of the speakers are loud or look large.
- “Night Mode” is a great feature for when you want to calm down some of whatever you’re looking, without losing the high (as the voice in a movie).
- Price range is great for those who want great sound without breaking the bank.

CONS:

- Absence of audio / video inputs. If you have a device, Wii, Xbox 360, PS3 and others, you need an input selector. Here’s a suggestion, find a photo of the rear of this unit, so you know exactly what you’re getting input.
- Lack of ability to transform the sub woofer up and down manually.
- Specialty cables speaker connectors (this was not a problem for me, but if you need extra long speaker wire everywhere, you need to do some extensions.) Read more reviews

Just bought this Sony BRAVIA DAV-HDX589W home theater system (HTS) to complete my recently purchased 46KDLW5100 Sony Bravia LCD TV Sony Bravia and my BDP-360 Blu-Ray. All I can say is WOW! This was the first time I’ve ever purchased / owner of a HTS and I’m blown away. Set-up was easy (if you can follow simple instructions), the sound is incredible, wonderful and the overall system. Since I already had a Blu-ray player connected to your TV via HDMI cable from player to TV, I decided to run a digital optical cable from the HTS receiver to TV, to get the sound when watching Blu-Ray. It works perfectly and the cable was only $ 7 or so. * Note * You will need more chances to enter the audio settings menu on your Blu-Ray / TV to adjust a setting or two to make sure that the sound is passing at full volume I had to go into audio settings on my player Blu-Ray BD and switch the audio to “direct” in order to get the full sound that goes speakers.
